Let's now go to the country which hosted the contest last year, Sweden!

After Loreen's win 2 years ago, Sweden is hoping to bring the contest back to it's country with Sanna Nielsen. Sweden is best known for it's win in 1974 by ABBA which gave them the fame that launched their career. Sweden has won the contest 5 times so it's not a stranger to winning. It's also the only country to host the contest in 5 different decades. Sanna herself has attempted to be Sweden's representative for 7 times now. This if the first time she has made it into the competition which might not be a bad thing. In 2008 she ended up getting 2nd place, but her song was in Sweden's top spot for charts for 24 weeks in a row. Not only that but she has released 9 albums making her no newbie when it comes music.

Sanna's song isn't that special, her voice is phenomenal  and is what drives you in. The lyrics are repetitive and thus the instrumentation can at times be repetitive as well, but we've seen in the past that vibes well with most audience members. The song also has a Eurovision vibe to it, so it will likely do fairly well in the competition. I expect this song to be in the finals.
